These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of For10 - your Cloud storage. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
For10 - your Cloud storage provides 512GB cloud storage for all users: • Secure file storage and access • Google OAuth and Apple Sign In authentication • Full file quality and originals available • Advanced security features • 24/7 data protection • Daily upload limits: 150 photos, 25 videos, 35 content items
As a For10 - your Cloud storage user, you agree to: • Use the service only for lawful purposes • Not upload malicious or harmful content • Respect other users' privacy and rights • Keep your account credentials secure • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations For10-Cloud is a user-generated content platform. You are fully responsible for the files, photos and videos you upload, store or share. We do not review or monitor every individual file.
You may not use For10 - your Cloud storage to: • Store or share illegal content • Violate intellectual property rights • Harass or threaten other users • Attempt to hack or compromise our systems • Use automated tools to access our service
Your privacy is important to us. We: • Encrypt all data in transit and at rest • Never sell your personal information • Use your data only to provide our service • Allow you to download or delete your data • Comply with all privacy regulations
For service safety, we provide: • Content privacy toggles for users • Public and private content settings • User-controlled access permissions • Secure content sharing mechanisms • Protection against unauthorized access • Safe content management tools
Our password system ensures service safety: • 4-digit password protection for content • One-time password setting for security • Server-side password validation • Secure password storage and verification • Protection against unauthorized viewing • User-controlled content access ⚠️ USER RESPONSIBILITY: You are solely responsible for enabling password protection for your content. If you choose not to use password protection, you acknowledge that your content may be accessible to others who have the media ID. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to content that is not password-protected.
Our universal search bar allows you to search for content using media IDs: • You can search for any content using its media ID • Search results display content metadata (title, thumbnail, status) • Public content may be accessible through search if you have the media ID • Private content requires proper authentication • Password-protected content requires the correct password 🛡️ PRIVACY & PASSWORD FEATURES FOR PERSONAL SAFETY: • Privacy settings (public/private) are available for each video to protect your content • Password protection is available for each video to add an extra layer of security • These features are provided for your personal safety and content protection • You can enable privacy settings to make content private • You can enable password protection to restrict access to your content • It is your responsibility to use these features to protect your personal content • We strongly recommend enabling privacy and password features for sensitive content
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR: • Enabling privacy settings (public/private) for each video • Setting and managing passwords for password-protected content • Choosing appropriate privacy levels for your content • Protecting your media IDs and sharing them responsibly • Understanding that public content is accessible to anyone with the media ID • Understanding that private content without password protection may still be accessible with the media ID LEGAL PROTECTION: • You acknowledge that For10 provides privacy and password features as tools • You are responsible for using these features to protect your content • We are not liable for unauthorized access if you did not enable privacy/password protection • You cannot hold For10 responsible for content access if privacy settings were not properly configured • You waive any claims against For10 related to content privacy if you did not use available privacy features • By uploading content, you accept full responsibility for your privacy choices
To ensure fair usage and system stability: • Photos: Maximum 150 uploads per day • Videos: Maximum 25 uploads per day • Content: Maximum 35 uploads per day • Limits reset automatically at midnight • Upload buttons disabled when limit reached • These limits help maintain service quality for all users
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, but: • Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance • We're not liable for data loss due to technical issues • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service
By purchasing a Pro subscription, you agree to: • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase • Web payments in India are processed securely via Razorpay Payment Gateway • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription • Prices may vary by location and are subject to change without notice • Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy • We reserve the right to modify subscription prices and features • Pro features are available only during active subscription period • All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law • By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms • You cannot decline these terms if you wish to use the Pro subscription service
FOR WEB SUBSCRIPTIONS (Razorpay): • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period • You will retain access to Pro features until your subscription period ends • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of subscription purchase • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to original payment method • Contact support@for10.cloud or official@for10.in for refund requests
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • For10 provides privacy and password features as tools - you are responsible for using them • We are not liable for unauthorized access to content if privacy/password features were not enabled • We are not responsible for content you choose to make public or share via media ID • You waive all claims against For10 related to content privacy if you did not use available protection features • We are not liable for data loss, unauthorized access, or privacy breaches if you did not configure privacy settings • You cannot file legal claims against For10 for content access issues if privacy features were available but not used • By using the service, you agree that For10 is not responsible for your privacy choices • All content is uploaded at your own risk and responsibility • We provide the tools - you are responsible for using them to protect your content
By using For10 - your Cloud storage, you acknowledge that: • You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service • These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and For10 • You cannot use the service without accepting these terms • Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any modified terms • If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately stop using the service • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms • These terms are designed to ensure legal compliance and service safety • All users must comply with these terms to maintain account access • You accept full responsibility for your privacy and security choices • You waive any claims against For10 related to content privacy if protection features were not used
For10 offers a monetization program for eligible creators to earn from their video content: 📈 EARNING STRUCTURE: • Base eCPM: ₹90 per 1,000 views (~$1.1) • iOS Bonus: +35% for iOS viewers (up to ₹150/~$1.8 eCPM) • Per Video Milestones: 1K, 2K, 3K, 4K, 5K, 6K, 7K, 8K, 9K, 10K views (max 10K per video) • 100% Transparency: Views counted only when ads are played 🎯 DAILY INCENTIVE BONUS: • 3,000 daily views → +₹50 bonus • 20,000 daily views → +₹300 bonus • Bonus resets every midnight IST 💸 WITHDRAWAL TERMS: • Minimum withdrawal: ₹100 • Platform fee: 10% • UPI: Instant payout • Bank Transfer: 1-3 business days • Processing: 1-2 business days 📜 ELIGIBILITY: • Must be 18 years or older • Only 100% original content eligible • Account must be in good standing • Comply with Community Guidelines ⚠️ VIOLATIONS & DMCA: • Copyrighted or non-original content will be removed • Earnings may be forfeited for violations • We reserve the right to reject payment requests • DMCA takedown requests honored within 24-48 hours • Repeat violators may be permanently banned from monetization
For10 is committed to maintaining a safe platform for all users. We implement security measures including encryption, secure authentication, and regular security updates. We actively monitor for harmful content and take action against violations. Users are responsible for their content and must comply with our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies or applicable laws. If you encounter unsafe content, please report it to us immediately.
Copyright removal is processed only through the official portal form, which generates an email from your registered inbox. We do not process takedowns submitted via unofficial channels. Follow the steps at https://for10.in/copyright-takedown and include all required proof (infringing links, ownership evidence). We comply with applicable IT Rules and DMCA-style obligations; incomplete requests may be rejected.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms, illegal activity, or failure to comply with our policies. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, For10 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our service.
Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless For10, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.
